I will be there all five days. Weds-Sun. this is my 10th one, (1999-2005, 2009, 2010) and I am a bit worried as to how it has changed in the last six years! It changed a LOT from 05 to 09!!

It's on my Bucket List to get out to the SDCC at some point before I get too old to appreciate it. I've heard, however, that it is a lot to try and take in in four days, seeing all the folks you want to see and standing in a lot of lines for hours at a time.sigpic Oh then, what's this? I love that it is the super bowl for comic nerds and I love seeing the pics from AFI and the exclusives.
my solution to the overcrowded part, is make it two weekends one all comics the other media projects.Comment

I'm going too! Actually leave this dump tomorrow morning,can't WAIT to be back in the US! I've been going to Comic-Con since 98,and yeah,it has changed a lot over the years. This year I'm only doing three days. FUN!

I would love to see something like that, but the amount of time you have to spend waiting in line to see ONE event really seems like a drag for the amount of money you have to spend just to get out there and get in. Then you have the cattle call of celebs which would cost a small fortune for an auto. After being involved in the convention business for 18 years, it's hard to get excited to see a celeb. For me the real attraction would be the product reveals. That would be the biggest reason I would want to go.Comment

Im a bit worried,cause a old friend, told me he hasn't been since 2014 and he said that the COSPLAYERS SHUT DOWN THE PLACE! You CANT move anywhere and he recommended me to STAY In one spot the WHOLE Day!

I live here in San Diego been one time back in 2003 - its changed so much so many posers its good for the cities economy hotel room nights and food and beverage - would like to go and see the circus but I most likely wont make this year eitherComment
