                    Would have preferred Welling, but to be fair. his Supes was so good, I don't want to sully it by associating him with the horrible MOS universe.

                    This guy was picked because CW is trying to appeal to teen girls and he was on Teen Wolf.

                    Meh. At least he looks the part.

                        He definitely has that "CW" vibe that seems to resonate with all their characters, so no reason why Supes should be any different. I'm wondering if he'll be a clean shaven Superman or a more scruffy Superman. Think about the friction burn he could give to evildoers with super-stubble!! LOL!

                                                WONDER WOMAN (okay, Lynda Carter) joins SUPERGIRL cast!



                                                Lynda Carter is joining the cast of Supergirl Season 2.

                                                Carter, who played Wonder Woman in the 70s, is playing the President of the United States in Supergirl, which will be a recurring role.
                                                Producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg said back in March that they had a role for Lynda Carter on Supergirl, but that her schedule couldn't sync up, so they had to push it to Season 2.
                                                Hey, I'd gladly take Lynda Carter as President over the two presumptive candidates we seem to be stuck with for 2016....
