It's real, but one of the rarest modern comics ever given the fact that it was pulped under orders of Paul Levitz after he read Kyle Baker's story of Superbaby's baby-sitter dealing with baby Clark chewing on electrical wires, being microwaved and other things that would be deadly to real babies. Some of the stories were reprinted in the Bizarro hardcover anthologies IIRC?

Bob Haney's final Super Sons story (originally created for this book) finally saw print in The Saga of the Super Sons trade paperback.

I remember them talking about this in Wizard. Saying about how it flew under everyone's radar. They said that cover with Superman sporting the Elvis sideburns was worth it alone.

It did get reprinted, and I actually have two of the original printing, one slabbed and one signed by Mark Waid. I think I coughed up $150 a piece for both at the time.
