Just got back from the movie. I don't want to ruin it for anyone else, but I pretty much hated it. My expectations after Man of Steel were low already, but then knowing that they shoehorned Batman in there, I figured it wouldn't be good. It wasn't. Tone is just completely off. I can't remember who said it about Man of Steel (was it Bryan?), but it was entirely too dour, and this was like triple dour. Utterly joyless, utterly soulless, no fun, no humanity at all. I came very close to walking out several times just because the movie was way too long and there were so many small irritations.
The executive team at Warners movie division has no clue how to deal with their characters and it shows. "Batman was a success. Make it like Batman!" "Joker's a great villain! Let's make Lex Luthor more like the Joker!"
I think I'm done with the DC movies unless they reboot (again). I'll have to be happy with the Supergirl TV series and leave it at that. At least that's fun.
