    Marvel Netflix shows I'd watch!

I think (so far) Netflix has done a great job with Daredevil and Jessica Jones.
While I personally don't see a need for a 2nd season of JJ, I still plan on watching it.
If I could, I'd greenlight these shows...

Moon Knight: it's tailor made for a channel like Netflix.
It's got action, exotic locales, mystical/spooky stories, treasure hunts, a rich playboy with gadgets, a thirst for adventure, and oh yeah, a possible mental disorder! I'd set it in the 1970s, I'm thinking specifically of the stories that ran in the Rampaging Hulk magazines.
Could lead to a crossover with...

Werewolf By Night: also set in the 70s. Give it the "giallo" or R rated Hammer film treatment, play up the occult angle, treat it like a pulpy, vintage men's "adventure" magazine brought to life. Bloody, sordid fun!
I see it as part of the

Marvel Horror: Man-Thing/WWBN Hour Give each character 1/2 hour storyline.
Man-Thing could be very creepy, with strong "body horror" (obviously!) elements as well as the whole empath/mind/emotion reading angle. Also set in the 70's, I'm thinking of the "Night of the Laughing Dead" story (I still have my Power Records version)

What characters would you like to see Marvel/Netflix tackle next?

I think all of those are more possible than you realize. Moon Knight has been in discussions and Werewolf has been in development for over a decade.

It comes down to if Marvel sees the horror genre as theatrical. IMO, it will spin out of Dr Strange so they're waiting to see how Universal's Monster reboot is received and if DC's Creature Commando/JLA Dark project ever moves ahead.

I'd watch 'em all, hands down. Love to see me some live action Moon Knight, whether it be big or small screen (although he'd likely be more suited to the small screen since his story is pretty darn convoluted). WBN would be cool as long as they can find some way of differentiating it from all the other recent werewolf/supernatural shows. Man-Thing would be cool, as well, if executed properly. Would need to keep it pretty much in the swamps.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

        That Man-Thing record was creepy:

        POWER RECORDS: MAN-THING

I would love to see something come out for the Midnoght Sons/Legion of Monsters/Avengers of the Supernatural.

I feel like I'm the only one on the planet that really wants a Marvel live action Longshot.

But then again, I said the same thing about Rocket Raccoon ages ago.

I'd love to see a series based on a Villians perspective or evolution, like maybe Kraven the Hunter, or even taking the 'Marvels' approach by making the Super-Heroes the backdrop...I think both of those are sustainable for 12-13 episodes.

Yeah that gets brought up every time with Power Record aficionados.
I think they were picked almost at random.
If they had made an Ironman, Defenders, or X-Men set I probably would have jumped headlong into collecting these. But they did do FF and Tomb of Dracula so they are OK in my book.

I feel like The Hood would be great for that approach. A Breaking Bad take on Peter Parker where he starts off having the potential to be a hero, but ends up a low level thug who works his way to eventual crime-boss. Perfect Big Bad as well if they wanted to build towards a villain to square off against Netflix heroes like Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones etc.
