Why no Balder in Thor movies?

I guess they probably figure Balder would just blend into the lines between Warriors Three, and there are enough supporting Asgardians for audiences to keep up with, especially the additional Earth/Midgard crew of Foster, Selvic and Kat Dennings character.

Balder is the key figure on why Ragnarok gets started in Norse mythology.

I'm kind of hoping that it's because he's eventually going to get his own movie base don this mini. 8)
