Deadpool comics might have a better tone to them for me now. I might have to try and read some.

I've never owned anything about Deadpool and now I can't wait to get him added in. I'll be quoting this movie for years. There's nothing I love more than a movie loaded with witty dialogue. This is overflowing with it from the opening credits to the final scene after the credits. Glad I am not alone in this excitement. It was a ballsy treatment to pull off and they did it.Comment

I previewed it yesterday to see if my 11 year old might be able to see it. I don't think he'll be seeing this in the theater. It would be cool if they put out a PG-13 version (like when they released Saturday Night Fever with a PG edit) but I think that would take away a bit too much. The "R" stuff was not as bad as I thought it would be. Although the sexual innuendo and straight out intercourse was "in your face," it was funny and appropriate in context of the character and maybe a little over the head of pre-teens.
One of my favorite lines was when Colossus said he needed to talk to Professor X. "McAvoy or Stewart? I find these parallel universes so confusing."If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.Comment

I liked that too. I also liked the second time he shows up at the Mansion, Warhead answers the door again to which Deadpool says, "Are you two the only ones who live here or were the produces too cheap to buy more heroes for this scene?"SPOILER?!?
