Man, Andrew Bennett would have been awesome! I was disappointed that it wasn't a vampire at all. And yeah, Damian Darkh. Enough already with this guy. "Return of the Mac" was kind of fun, but a bit much.

Still 100 times better than the Flash episode before it. Yeesh.

Tonight:
When the Blood Red Moon was mentioned, I was hoping for an appearance by Andrew Bennett (I- Vampire), but no such luck.
And countless supernatural villains in the DCU...and we get a revival of Damian Darkh. A CW fail...the constant reuse of the same characters to excess. Would have rather seen the Blood Red Moon cult as the bad guys with the above mentioned Bennett as a new Legend. How cool would it be for a vampire to be on the ship...well, cool for all except for Mick Rory.

My biggest gripe about the show is every time they talk about themselves..."Don't call us heroes...we're LEGENDS!"

BARF. Who the hell talks like that? ALL the dialog on the show is forced and unnatural.

Wow, was Zari underwhelming or what? I expected more, I dunno, something bigger. This was low key Arrow show all the way. Obviously the Isis amulet is now tied into the Tantu Totems, as is the water witch. But if you haven't seen the Vixen cartoon on the CW website it's confusing. They ran it in full a month or so ago on the network, but a little more explanation needs to be forthcoming.
Mick Rory continues to be the brightest part of the show ("Prison Break? I'm in!").
The Time Bureau is rapidly getting old though. They need to wrap that part up soon. The bit where they can open portals anywhere is annoying too.

Last night was disappointing in that the writers messed up Bwana Beast. Instead of being a hero he was P.T. Barnum's goon.

I liked it! It's the best DC hour on television for me.

I enjoy Arrow and Supergirl more. I know some people hate on Supergirl but you couldn't ask for better casting than Melissa Benoist.

BUT:
Rumor is Victor Garber is leaving! Will Jax get a new partner? Ronnie? Prof.Stein's daughter? His grandson/daughter from a future time? Younger Stein? Franken Stein?

Yeah, the baby is definitely going to replace Dr. Stein. Legends isn't a show that goes for subtlety... a fact that they gleefully embrace.
