I get the integration of the Movie look here but that shield seems impractical.

There have been lots of variations on the suit in the last several years, and this is another one. It's fine, but that shield is just blah. Looks like something a knock-off Captain America would carry.

Does the shield shoot energy bolts out of the point? Look at the cover. There is a glowing, triangluar thingee at the end. It's not in the design sheet. Making it more of an offensive weapon?

Yeah, Sam needs to give the real shield back to Steve. I love the Falcon, but let's get him back in his own gear.

Don't really like the outfit or the shield but I can get over the outfit as I know all costumes are bound to change at one point or another. That shield just sucks! He needs his circular one. He's known for using it as an offensive weapon as much as for defense.

Well think of it this way. The shield is a big arrowhead. Can be thrown as a dart. Pierces right through your enemies. Owch!

crap! if they want to emulate the movie costume just copy it already. this is just garbage. the shield is awful. I predict he will have his round shield before issue 10
