I picked up this Wolf-Man sketch yesterday at the Tulsa Wizard Con and wanted to show it off. I couldn't decide which super hero to be the subject of the commission and then I remembered Adams' drew the cover of the first appearance of Werewolf By Night in Marvel Spotlight No. 2. Since Wolf-Man is my favorite Universal Monster, that's what I decided on.
This is one of his less expensive con sketches, but I was pleased with the detail and the likeness.
He was working on a cover for a Superman-New Gods mini series that begins in February. If you look at the bottom of the second picture, you can kind of make out the cover.
His recent Batman story was kind of a mess, particularly the script. I'm hoping for something better with this project. Either way. I'm happy to add this sketch to my collection.
