I'd add "Where does he get those wonderful toys? ". "Kneel Before Zod!" is pretty omnipresent, so I'd agree that Superman II and Batman (89) are probably the most quotable.
No superhero movie is as quotable as Batman '89. Good luck coming close.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix
I really liked (and I don't know if this counts since its animated) but I love when Batman, in The Dark Knight Returns, says to the Mutant: You don't get it son. This is an operating table and I'm the surgeon. Plus I like Peter Weller's delivery.

Do the quotes have to be favorable? Oh... there's a sizable elephant in this room.
I'd pull out a gazillion great quotes from Superman III... but I have a feeling that they're not remembered too fondly (or at all) by the majority here
