BTW, I love Batman but it amazes me how current writing and the modern zeitgeist of the character has made me loathe him.

I thought that was just wishful thinking on his part. Technically Man of Steel 2 is being directed by Snyder. He does have a youtube rant on how he would do MOS2.

Ridiculous. That's not how it would go down.

First, Batman would take out Steed upon realizing that his ubiquitous umbrella is NOT a trick weapon, and the razor-edged bowler hat has only one use. Mrs. Peel would take longer to dispatch, considering her extensive martial arts training, but she isn't' t as skilled as Catwoman, so he would get the better of her. With that, the Avengers would be beaten.


Actually, this reminds me of a cartoon I drew back in the early '80s... I should post a copy if I can find it.

If we're talking movie Avengers,good luck with that. Can't calm Banner down. He admitted in the first movie he's angry all the time,hence why he was able to change so fast. Plus he tried to kill himself only to have the Hulk spit out the bullet. Movie Cap doesn't seem to be quite the same as comic Cap. Movie Cap has no problem bending rules.
