Just finished Jessica Jones myself...and the last three episodes were fantastic...I'm going to watch them again, lol.

I lost count how many butt shot of Jessica Jones I saw throughout the series, not complaining, not at all, lol...

Watched the first 20 minutes of episode 1, and it didn't grab me. It may have been that it went even darker than Daredevil, and my 14 year old was watching it with me. Daredevil was rough...but it had that inherent optimism with Matt and Foggy being good people with ideals in a jacked-up world. I didn't see any of that with what I watched, and it was much seedier. I read somewhere where it was supposed to be lighter than DD? No way.

I'm willing to give it another shot, sans the boy, who was just as squirmy about watching it together as I was. Lesson learned. I'll watch these Netflix Marvel shows first and check them out for suitability. My fault, not the show's.

Don't watch it with your kid, for Jessica Jones is as an adult show as it gets. I don't know where you read that JJ was lighter than Daredevil, that writer should be fired...Jessica Jones is way darker and more violent than Daredevil.

But trust me, it gets better and better...wait until you get a load of Kilgrave aka Purple Man...the dude is pure evil...makes other villains look like Captain Kangaroo and Mr Rogers. The actor playing Kilgrave should win a Golden Globe...he's really terrific.

The last two to three episodes are fantastic...don't give up on it...you are in for a ride...

You DO know that that actor was David Tennant aka The Tenth Doctor, don't you, Hector. Why do you thinks we WHOvians really loved Ten's run (and Eleven's and Twelve's).
