Fox is not going to sell back the rights. At best Fox needs to try and get a deal like Sony/Spider-Man deal so that Marvel can have access to all there characters and Fox can earn money and face instead of what happened with F4.Visit my wiki site:

This is petition is pointless. As already stated Fox is not going to give up their rights without being paid to do so. It would be interesting to know how long Fox, and other studios, have the rights to various Marvel characters. Where some of these deals made back when Marvel was in financial trouble?Comment

Internet petitions can indeed move mountains (sincerely), but no petition in the world is gonna make a big studio give anything away that's as hot as a major Marvel superhero property.
Logic would dictate that it would HARM the goals of petitioners such as the petitioners referred to in this thread if any one worth anything at FOX even found out about it.
"Hey get a load of this---all these people are interested enough in the property we own that they are passing around a useless petition! More proof we should fight to keep it!"
If these Net nerds were smart, they'd arrange a boycott of Fox's latest movie release to send their message....or maybe---if they wanna petition, they should petition Marvel to act on the suggestion of someone in this forum who said there might be a case for Marvel to take FOX to court for hurting the franchise."No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment
