It just occurs to me... with Cisco/Vibe and Vixen, isn't this the start of the JLA Detroit line-up?Comment

They did mention Ralph Dibney the Elongated Man in one of the early Flash episodes, but I doubt a full JLA team is coming. Unless they lay that name on the Legends team when that show runs.
I'm betting that sometime in the second half of either Arrow or Flash or both we will see Vixen appear.Comment

Well since she is voiced by Megalyn Echikunwoke and they said that if the cartoon does well we may see her in live action down the road.
