I'm glad to see that Jack Kirby was finally credited as co-creator of the Avengers.

All I can say is "IT'S ABOUT TIME"!!!!!!

Hollywood and Marvel have been dissing him for decades.

The Post Credits Scene was cool, too. Thanos and the "I'll do it myself" line.

Saw it the second time today. Caught the Jocasta reference. I don't think the acceptance of the Vision was too quick, considering the Mljonir lifting, and the fact that he is essentially Jarvis (even though he says he's not). The Avengers trusted Jarvis with everything, and were pretty broken up when they thought him "dead".

I just got home from seeing this. Pretty damn cool. It was a lot to take in and maybe there was too much backstory for those who aren't too familiar with the comics, like my wife. She kept asking me questions about every character. The humor was really well done and in the perfect moments to break up the mounting tension. I truly liked Quicksilver. Aaron's version was perfect. Also, perfection was attained with Vision. It could not have been cast better or his part written better. The audience laughed the most with the hammer gag. That was pretty awesome. I was disappointed by a certain character omission. I thought maybe Black Panther would have showed up for a few seconds seeing as the fight took place in Wakanda. Overall it was great, not necessarily better than the first but had way more depth.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

Just came back from seeing it, loved it!!! The Vision is one of my favorite marvel characters and I thought they did an awesome job with him! I too was bothered with Utrons "lips" moving when he talked. Small thing, I know.
Also did they refer to vibranium from Wakanda as the strongest metal on earth? Maybe I heard it wrong. Did everyone noyice that Falcon has some red in his wings and suit now, happy surprise.
Will definitly be seeing it again.

                Really enjoyed the movie!

A couple things I could have done less of; The Hulk/Black Widow love saga and the dream aspect of Thor.

                Ironman Hulkbuster/Hulk battle was fantastic!

Definitely need to see the movie again to take it all in.

Saw it at the drive in, I was really entertained but I missed a lot of detail. A second viewing in Imax is in order.

I'm gratified to see all this positive feedback. I hope to see it next Saturday--the Vision is my favorite Avenger.

                      .
I wonder if there was a reason his left arm was cut off in the movie. In the comics, isn't it his right arm that has the sonic emitter?

Okay, question about the mid credit scene. I thought the Gauntlet was safely tucked away in Odin's tomb/trophy room. How did Thanos get it. Did he just burglarize Asgard?

I'll keep my review sort and sweet...ABSOLUTELY LOVED It! Can't wait to own the Bluray and watch it 100 times! I was surprised and saddened by Quicksilver's death...I too thought it would be Hawkeye(not that I wanted that to happen). I really thought the Scarlet Witch would bring him back...because we all know what she's capable of.

Went with my son last night,we both loved it what an outright fantastic film.
Just can't wait to get the blue ray.
One of the funniest parts by far was Thors reaction to caps attempt on the hammer.
                            Then visions...lol

^As much as I love that scene...I want to see Cap use the hammer. Not sure they'll do it now, but Cap has used it in the comics.

I forgot to mention when I saw it yesterday it was with the whole family, at our hometown theater. I haven't seen that place that busy in years. Pretty much full for a Sunday matinee, even!

If they are planning on him returning as Klaw, it could just be a concession to helping the actor not fumble around on set if he's right-handed. Ron Perlman said they were planning on switching Hellboy's Hand of Doom from his right to his left so Perlman could manipulate the gun and anything else with his right hand, but he then pointed out tho the director and producers that he's left handed, so they could leave the character as he's supposed to look and let Perlman use his dominant hand. Possibly the same thinking on Klaw.
