The TV series is full of little references here and there if you pay attention.

I notice today while watching the Minstrel episode, Minstrel is blackmailing Gotham's stock exchange millionaires and tells them to transfer the funds to his account, number zero zero seven, at the Broccoli Bank in Switzerland.

An obvious nod to 007 film producer Albert R. Broccoli...cool!
