Watched this last night and you know this remains one of the most effective, impactful, and STILL very emotional episodes of 70's television ever made (for me anyway). Outside of the one segment where the Hulk has to retrieve Carol from a couple of Disco swingers, the episode largely remains timeless and even manages to capture some great comic moments with Banner facing off against the Hulk. But there are so many great little moments in this show that beautifully touch on the essence of life and how quickly we lose track of the most basic appreciation of our existence until it is threatened. Great acting by all and absolutely one of Bill Bixby's finest performances.

One of my favorite episodes of the show. Also one of the more tragic ones, as well. I think this episode first showed people that you could actually approach a comic-book character with a modicum of seriousness.sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon. -

Great episode but the pilot is my favorite as well.“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”Comment
