I didn't know he was Zeta on "Batman Beyond" and the spinoff "The Zeta Project".

I can't recall hearing him do voicework, but according to IMDB, he's qute the veteran.

    Was Adam West too busy?

I hope THE CREEPER has an episode (or possibly more?)

I love that character and I thought his appearance in BTAS
was only "okay" It seemed like they were channeling JIM CARREY
or something (and not in a good way)---it just wasn't "clicking" with me.

As much as I love Kevin Conroy as the voice of Batman, his voice probably won't work for a Batman who looks more like the kind of hero that either Adam West or the late Olan Soule would have voiced over, so I have an open mind to this Diedrich guy doing the voice.
The animation makes "the Batman" series look good. But I will see it since I used to have some Batman Brave and the Bold comics in the 1970's. I imagine the only characters off limits in terms of Batman's team up partners would be Robin and Superman since that' already been done in previous series.
I personally can't wait to see what they do with Aquaman.
          Cheers.

^^ Why can't Supes appear?? Or Robin? Just because they already have done previous team ups? Using that logic, throw out most of the DCU, too. Bats met up with most in JLU.

              >But if batman gets any more angular, in the next animated series he will be a cube.

              Like the 90's Superman cube!

I dunno; I thought the 80's Batman series was okay, but haven't cared too much for anything after it. (Actually, I kinda lost interest when the show became "Harley Quinn, and Batman shows up.") And I don't like the Timm designs. Everyone looks the same, with different hair! (Saw a picture he drew of the Dirty Pair and all I could think was "WHY are Wonder Woman and Poison Ivy dressed like Kei and Yuri?")

"The Batman" would have been an amazing show if they'd called it something else. It WASN'T Batman. (I had no idea Batman owned a suit of MK2 Imperial Space Marine tactical dreadnought armour from the Warhammer 40K universe....) But it was fast moving, and had some of the best powered armour fight scenes this side of Japan.

I dunno. I might watch an episode of the new one; but I think they've pretty much gone over every Batman story you can do thru the course of the last few animated shows.
