Need help ID'ing HULK bust set

A friend of mine is looking for info on a set of HULK busts that go from Banner to Hulk showing the transformation. I seem to recall seeing these years ago. Does anyone know what who amde them and what they were officially called. Can't find a set on eBay or any info on them. Thanx.
