It's been more than a year since I had read any new Batman material, but I picked up,Batman Eternal collection 1 with a gift card, and am pleasantly surprised. I'm just two issues in, but so far it's quite good. The art by Jason Fabok is really good. I've seemed through the book, and some of the art in later issues is more stylized, but if the story holds up, I'm going to like it a lot.
