What's the best mail order comic book pull list service in Canada?

Hey Canadians, what's the best mail order comic book pull list service.

Getting tired of my used books shop that kinda, sorta sells comics. They never get good stuff in for impulse shopping. They are completely unable to order the boards and bags I want even though I know 100% they are carried by Diamond. Etc, etc. Not to mention the depressing wood panel walls and general feel of a store about to close for good.

The smile is forced in this picture ... ugghhh

Closest good comic shop is 1 hour away by car. Seems like a pain to make a 2 hour round trip each week.

I was looking at ComicPull out of Montreal and All New Comics from Toronto. Comparing service, discount rate, postage cost, etc. ComicPull will be more expensive than my book store. All New Comics will be less with a greater discount but I don't see any real activity at All New on its Facebook page or elsewhere. Concerned it is either dead or a guy in his basement.

    Any suggestions?

WOW that photo is such a time warp for me! The world before comic shops!

Thats so crazy that they can't just can't fill your order through Diamond each week. If they do close soon, it's no wonder why.

Sorry I can't be any help.

That store looks cool. I would count your blessings. Wish we had something like that in my town. I'm not a new comic fan, but when I have extra money I buy a few 70's marvel titles.

Discount Comic Book Service is in the U.S., but they offer a 40 percent discount. Don't know if that would make up for the shipping.

All New Comics are at most local conventions here in Toronto.

I'd imagine they would be at the December Fan Expo show, you can probably talk to him in person there. I believe the owner of All New Comics at one point was a partner in Comics & More on the Danforth.

What about Silver Snail, Marty? I think they would have a mail order service?

My local shop is pretty big but they are hit and miss with my pull list. I have to write down the issue numbers I have before going or there is a chance I will be missing a month or two of something. I've often thought of switching to mail order as well.

To be honest, I'm in Hamilton so often I might just go with a pulllist at Big B Comics. Just not sure if I can handle getting my books on a monthly schedule

Comic Book Addiction in Whitby is a 2 hour round trip. Not unreasonable.

Just figured that maybe with a discount some services offer that would pay for postage. I don't get a discount at the book store now, just US cover price.
