Marvel TPBs at Wal-Mart for $5

Not sure if anyone else reported on this yet, but I found a display with several Marvel TPBs for $5. Captain America: Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man: Big Time, and some Avengers drawn by Romita Jr.

Picked up the Cap for me and Guardians for the boy. The Cap collects the Brubaker run 1-7. Not too shabby for $5!

The also had a Spider-Man story book for the younger set and a few other Marvel items. Found it in the back-to-school section.

Agreed. Parents are a lot more likely to take their kids to Wal-Mart, than to a comic book show.

Yeah, there should be a display of these each time a movie comes out, at the very least. Notice these are all based on recent Marvel movies...although there is no X-Men.

Oh, and the Guardians TPB is mostly reprinted from the Cosmic Avengers series by Bendis.

Each TPB also has a code to download a free comic pertaining to that particular book.
