Guardians of the Galaxy...best movie intro ever?

second time around it still is a great flick. just all in good fun with great effects and acting. Groot is the heart of the team, he just makes for some great comedic moments in his innocense

This may be the FIRST superhero movie (from either DC or Marvel) that everyone on this board likes. Not only likes, but connects with. That's what was great about it...you really connected with the characters and the way they inter-connected with each other.

My whole family has seen it twice. My wife suggested we go see it again. She never does that for a superhero movie.

I had not gone to see a movie twice in theaters in a long time, once is normally enough and then I buy it on disc. this one I just wanted to see again. you always pick up on more things on multiple viewings. i.e., I noticed Howard the Duck in the collectors room when they first entered and he was standing with his back to them, howard was suspended in a tank over his right shoulder

I think the last movie I went and saw twice in theaters was Avatar and that was only because my wife did not go see it with the kids and I and after seeing it I insisted my wife come back and see it with me. she loved it

Gotta agree this is an awesome movie, seen it twice and might go a 3rd time! Excellent choice of music in this.
