After hearing DC's initial decision it did make me kinda embarrassed to a Superman fan.

Get rid of all the lawyers, put an end to dickishness like this. Totally a move by their legal dept. Reminds me of Disney suing day care centers for decorating the playground with handpainted cutouts of Snow White & the 7Dwarfs. I realize you need to protect your copyrights, but a little compassion first eh?

That's just terrible. What makes it worse is the ONLY reason they changed their minds was because they realized it would affect them negatively financially, not because it was the right thing to do.
