picked up five classic comic books today for 50 cents!

However they were in some seriously pre-loved condition. No worries tho, I won't have any concerns about reading these copies with my kids.

I got Superman's Pal Jimmy Olson 41 (from Dec '59!), Detective Comics 322, Action Comics 278, Green Lantern 54, and Marvel Super Heroes 15 featuring Medusa and a bunch of silver age reprint stories.

That Medusa cover is great! Wish Marvel still used her as a superhero.
The GL story freaked me out when I read it as a kid, I'd never heard of an iron lung before1
