I don't think it's coincidence that this came out the same week we saw the OTHER Quicksilver for the first time in the mainline Marvel cinematic universe.



This duel between versions of Quicksilver should be interesting to see what "sticks" in the long run on screen and with fans.

I understand why the divide, but I really think Fox and Disney/Singer and Whedon, really missed out on an opportunity here by not casting the same actors and attempting a crossover of sorts using Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch as a gateway.

I'm sorry, Quicksilver looks like mediocre cosplay here. I know I shouldn't judge until I see him on screen, but this guy looks like someone's disinterested brother dragged to a comic con.

If I had to pick a version, I guess I'd take the Avengers version, but both look like they tried and couldn't.

The X-men QS does look like it fits in with the esthetic established in those films, but I think white hair might look more natural than silver.

Likewise the QS from the Avengers might look better without the goatee and with single-toned hair.

yeah, it looks like the cheap party store wigs. Storm had the same problem in the first couple of X-Men movies.

they both look idiotic. So, Quicksilver was locked up in Strucker's dungeon but had the ability to keep up with his stylishy manscaped goatee?

Reportedly, they tried to come to agreement, but found it easy to just cast two different actors. No reference to Quicksilver's membership in the Avengers can be made in the X-Men film, and no allusion to his relations to the X-Men, Magneto, and mutants, can be made in the Avengers film.

If I had to pick between the two I'd have to go with the X-Men version. That pic from the Avengers looks like some lame-o trying to do Parkour. That outfit and those shoes are a nightmare.
