Do we have any Members here that belong to the Comic Book DataBase site?

I've been poking around for a ComicBase substitute for my collection since it is so expensive and I came across http://comicbookdb.com and joined...

Site appears to be pretty kewl...you can obviously create a DB of your own collection, but it also has a nice Wiki aspect to it where you can contribute to the DB of Books (Creative Team Input, Character Input, Story Arc Input, etc.) as well as a social aspect of creating a Profile that highlights your chosen favorite Artists, Writers, Characters, Books, etc.

Would be really kewl if they had a cell phone scanner add-on that would allow folks to input their more current books easily to their collection...oh, and it's all FREE.

Anyway...Still playing around with the site myself, but was just curious if any folks have already established accounts/collections there.

Have not used it myself.

I have always been a bit lazy when it comes to cataloging my comics. I have a few and the idea of grading them all let alone entering all the UPC-less issues really makes me pause.

Let us know how it goes and I might finally get off my rump.
