    Amazing Spider-Man 2 Final Trailer

I don't care if Electro, Rhino, and even Green Goblin, look radically different from the comics...Spidey is dead on...and it looks amazingly spectacular...

The young lad playing Harry Osborn...actor Dane DeHaan...man...he has that natural gremlin look...fantastic casting.

    I'm soooooooooooooooo there!

Anyone noticed both the Vulture's wings and Doc Oc's tentacles behind those enclosed glass cubicles?

Spidey is dead perfect, which really makes me wonder why they screwed up so bad on the villains. And the Harry guy's freaky face is wasted behind a goofy helmet, just like Dafoe.

I'm looking forward to it. Altered villains have become the norm in Spidey movies. IMO. As long as they get Spidey and his supporting cast right, which it looks they have,

The Peter/Gwen stuff is what I really liked from the first film, and there's more of it here, so I'm in. The Spidey villains have all been disappointments in one way or another, other than Doc Ock in Spidey 2.

There was a lot to like about the Lizard film and this looks even better. I like the traditional approach but if there was ever costume that could stand changing, to me, it's Electro's. Jaime Fox should be interesting as a villain.

In my opinion I think Green Goblin needs a mask. I know the image of him I have as my avatar is way too cheesy and goofy to have in a semi realistic movie, but I just wish they could have come up with a cool mask of some sort. I think they need to have his costume somehow pay homage to the original Goblin, but also a fresh, grittier look. He better have pumpkin bombs !

                          Saw the movie last week.
On the plus side, there are some great action sequences, and the Spidey suit looks pretty cool in this sequel. (Almost a Nicholas Hammond vibe to the costume, to an extent!)
But the overall pacing of the film is a little on the slow side.
Still didn't like the movie's representations of Electro, the Green Goblin and the Rhino, and the changes to the Spider-Man mythos rankled me a fair bit.
But Andrew Garfield is still damn good as Pete/Spidey, and Emma Stone remains totally adorable as Gwen.
                          PUNY HUMANS!

As good or better than Tobey's "2".
