OK, finally...and at last...a TV comic book superhero who wears a true costume in this day and age...I'm going to see this.

Michelle Harris has been cast as Nora Allen:

    I'm assuming it's for a flashback scene.

Whoa, that looks cool. I was sure we were getting a ski-mask or hood, or bike helmet. I have high hopes for this series. NICE

It's very close to the new52 design. I like it. I would have liked a brighter red, but DC doesn't do bright or any thing close to it anymore.

    It definitely could be worse.

I really liked the show at the time and havent watched it since it aired. Glad they thought of including John Wesley Shipp.

The show's "wild budget" was marketing. I'll grant the pilot was expensive. And the cost of the series versus the ad rates which were continually changing due to the ratings and timeslot moves created a bigger gap for the network. But the actual production costs - after the suit, set and effects were developed for the pilot - were not. Out of 22 episodes, they had around six that required a lot of new tooling. For the majority, it's the same Flash effects, same sets, same production team, same cast and a criminal thug du jour.

I should have written "for a second season". My bad.
