Batman and Robin meets Scooby Doo team up

Has anyone heard anything about this? I saw an ad in my latest Batman '66 comic book for this new bi-monthly series. It looks pretty cool, like harkening back to the old Scooby Doo hour long mysteries of the 70s.

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic

It was on the Cartoon Network in the fall. I thought it was the old show from the 70s while I was channel surfing, but it was new. It wasn't very good, but I came in during the middle.

No, this is a comic book to be released bi-monthly starting in February, I think. More info on dckids.com

It came out already, in fact the second issue came out last week. Both featured the Mystery Inc. team with Batman & Robin, issue two was Scooby & Ace the Bathound vs. the Scarecrow... Plus guest starring the Mystery Analysts Club of Gotham.
The book was supposed to be a six issue miniseries, but got upgraded to an ongoing bimonthly. The first six I think are all Batman related team ups, but they say it will branch out into Scooby meeting other heroes in the DCU, and maybe other Cartoon Network characters.
I for one want to see them meet Jonny Quest, but if they could possibly do Sonny & Cher, Don Knotts, or the Harlem Globetrotters I think I might pee my pants a little.!
The book is really fun, I hope it does well.?if you liked the. Brave & Bold comic you will like this, same artists & writers.

Okay, I REALLY need to get to a comic shop and support this and Batman 66. I've been kvetching about DC not publishing anything for us old farts, and here are two things I want. Well, the Scooby thing mostly for my daughter, but you get my drift.

Oh wow, it's out already? Well, I'll have to go to Dr. Comics and Mr. Games and pick up a copy! I hope they still have the first one. I think that one's w/ Manbat. For Batman '66 I hear Burt Ward and Adam West in my head, but for this one, I'll probably hear Olan Soulle and Casy Kasem!

*Edit to add* I just read that interview, and parts of the first issue. Very cool!

hope these books are selling well enough to give DC a hint that they need to do more like this. Superfriends and Adventures of Superman based on the shows would be fun.

I got this. I read it with my niece one afternoon when she was over. I like comics like this. Very fun and light.

I just read the first issue and I couldn't stop laughing! Fun for the kids, but some zings for the adults, too. Anyone who watched the New Scooby-Doo Movies in the 70s will love this!
