Nice! Was this the episode where Spider-Man guested? He had yellow eyes, so help me God, yellow eyes!

IDK...I've never actually seen this episode. I only remember the Human Fly one. Funny about Spidey's yellow eyes in ASM...maybe they got the idea from this?

My local ABC affiliate (WKBW) chose not to air this series, we'd get the promos for it and every Saturday I'd tune in and get....Woody Woodpecker.

I specifically remember the promo for this team up, Spider-Man and Mummies? I'm so in.

Didn't see it until adult hood, it's horrible.

Ah, that explains why I don't remember watching this show as a kid.

I don't recall it being very good, but Joan Van Ark of Knots Landing fame voiced Spider-Woman, so she sounded decent, at least. They fabricated a typical reporter job and supporting cast for her as I recall.

Spider-Woman was part of Marvel's "Big Four" back then...with Spider-Man, Captain America, Hulk.
She got quite a push in '79

Yeah, the costume that looks like body paint works...even when you can't understand why!

Couldn't agree more...Spider-Woman is hands down the sexiest female hero in comics. Her costume design is so brilliant the way the hourglass design highlights her anatomy. She is proof you don't need to show a lot of skin to be hot. Now if only they would get Emily Blunt to play her in a movie...

Very cool Dwayne. That was a fun show back then and I was a big fan of the Mummy in the comics during that time as well.

Not a classic by any means, but I still enjoy watching it due to the time period it came out and there's a whole other layer I missed a kid,
the male reporter was constantly trying to set something up with Jessica and getting blocked by the little kid in the show!

                              Nice promo!

I recall watching the show but nothing specific. I do remember thinking, as now, that there should've been a Mego of her.

It still rankles that Famous Covers dropped the ball on their version.
