If you squint and are fast on the pause button you will see my name in the credits. There was a Kickstarter/Indigogo campaign to launch this and I couldn't resist.

Captain Canuck is one of my other obsessions ... hence the drooling in anticipation for that Odeon release next year

The web series is a bit of a different take on Cap but still fun. Rumor is that the folks at the Silver Snail are working on a comic book as well. And from conversations with Richard I know that he and the folks at Big B Comics are working on a comic book featuring the original version of Cap.

    Cheers,

    Marty

I contributed as well. It's fun to be a part of it.

Some great local talent working on this! (including some of the animated series team)

          Heeheee!

Neat! It's nice to see Cap get some love. I'm always worried folks will think he's a Guardian clone.

Fortunately, at conventions these past few months, I've discovered the opposite is true. Folks were referring to the Guardian custom as Captain Canuck, and the limited edition official Captain Canuck we did was instantly recognized as such.

I'd imagine because Captain Canuck has had a huge marketing and media push locally, between the Indie GoGo campaign to fund the web series, followed by the official launch on Canada day.
