I thought Flashpoint was a tight, clever movie that happened to have a LOT of violence in it. I haven't bothered with Tiny Titans, but, I'll wager that I'd enjoy it the way I liked that young teen chick Batgirl, Supergirl, Wondergirl stuff that was released on the Net recently... fun, clever... but a step down in feeling like you're watching something truly "superheroey"... and unlike Flashpoint, it'd likely be lacking anything emotive for me to latch onto... and that's bad for ANY generation IMHO.

    Flashpoint? Tiny Titans?

I think the IMPORTANCE of what makes DC come off "DC" is all the stuff that lies in the middle. Having the extreme sides of the spectrum available (and MARKETED CORRECTLY) is A OK in my book... there just needs to be a good focus put on everything else in the middle.

When I look at the style I can see where the designers from Young Justice ended up.

I will join the lament for Brave and bold and add in a lament for the older Bruce Timm series all of these were ones I could watch and enjoy and my young kids could also watch and enjoy. Glad I have them on dvd

I like her outfit here. It's pretty bad ***. I don't see Wonder Woman as a character who only has one look. Women don't do that as my girlfriend always points out. They like to change it up.

Watched this last night, wanting to like it, I can't.

Again, the way the costumes look or that they've changed the characters (smart alec green lantern? OK Fatherly Batman? Fine Superdick? I can deal) are irrelevant to me. I sometimes welcome them (although turning Cyborg into the Guyver kind of cheapens a good character)

What I can't abide is that for all this change, we seem to have lost more than we've gained. The movie has almost no plot, it's the last 15 minutes of the Avengers stretched out to 90. The heroes swear, call each other "******bag" for no real reason other than to appear more grown up. Oh and their big plan is to gouge out Darkseid's eyes, sorry...spoilers! It's rendered in loving detail.

Darkseid is nothing more than a video game boss, all of his character stripped away.

If this is the blueprint for the Justice League movie, I'm going to pass.

                    Grow up DC.

Regardless of "tone", FLASHPOINT was one of the best DC movies ever released. Great story. Great emotive elements.
