He's probably going to be the "voice"...since Ultron is mechanical...not a sentient being.

I hope they don't go all stupid on us...and make Ultron into an Iron Man like persona...and have Ultron just be Spader's armor...that would suck tremendously...

Could be he starts off as someone at Stark Industries and does some kind of interface with the Iron droids from IM3.

I wonder if they're going to tie him into AIM. You could use elements from the Iron Patriot stuff left out of IM3, or even Ultimate MODOC.

James Spader's voice is not what I envision when I think of Ultron. I can't think of an actor at this moment who I could see doing it but I dunno about using Spader. I'm guessing Ultron will be CGI since he's a silvery robot.
