    Doom Patrol short on CN

    Has anyone else enjoyed the Doom Patrol short on Cartoon Network? I saw it this morning between Beware the Batman & Teen Titans Go!

    I really enjoyed it; I'm always starved for DP appearances & homages.
    WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

      ... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

          I preferred the Doom Patrol short. It was straight, un-ironic Super Hero action. Metal Men was kind of cute, but a tad goofy (even though the MM ARE goofy, this was a bit goofier than I"d have preferred). The Super Pets short a few weeks ago was also very good.

              Haven't seen DP yet, but really licked the Super Pets and Metal Men.

                  I have been waiting for this Doom Patrol since DC Nation has started to film.

                  I loved the DC Super Pets. I have all the books and the Who's Who. I am happy to watch the cartoons and hope that it becomes a real show.

                      Hmmmm....

                      It was cute. I'd love to see some actual shows done more like these shorts. 'Course the "GoGo Checks" era is my favourite for the DC stuff, so that's not surprising.
