Would love to see this happen. The biggest selling blu ray in 2013 so far. Thats quite a statement.

It's cool that the movie found an audience on Blu Ray and DVD, even though it didn't do great at the box office.
If a potential sequel incorporates some of the more fantastic elements of the Dredd universe and effectively balances them against the realistic and gritty tone of the first movie, it'll be a winner.PUNY HUMANS! -
I thought it was the best comic book derived movie in years. And they used the 3D brilliantly. Even if a sequel doesn't happen I'm on board for the Logan's Run remake the writer is working on, and looking forward to whatever the I director does next, even though I wasn't jazzed about his last two movies.Comment

Hmmmm....
I'd be tempted by a sequel. Like my buddy Doak pointed out: the movie looked like a weird way to ease the audience into the proper comic setting, hence why it looked and felt kinda pre "Call Me Kenneth." I still hated the bikes, but they sure didn't skimp on the mayhem. I was expecting "Brian Bolland" level violence but they cranked it right up to "Ron Smith."
It's also nice to see "comic book movie" that doesn't equal "Superhero."
