The above link goes to an article about an early, more conventional draft of Man of Steel script before it was re-written. I like the film we got, particularly the part about Krypton. Some of this script might have been shifted to a sequel.

Gotta respect McWeeny for fessing up. It would have been very easy to just take the story down and never mention it. A good lesson about casting stones, which I've been apt to do.
