Wonder Woman appearances on the Brave and Bold cartoon, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to view my post.

I know there are a lot of very knowledgeable members of this site, and perhaps one or more could please be of assistance.

I was wondering how many episodes (or episode if there was only one) of the Brave and Bold cartoon that Wonder Woman appeared on?

If you know, could you please post what season(s) and episode(s), and if it is available on DVD.

Also, if there is a Brave and Bold comic based on the series, did Wonder Woman ever make an appearance in the comic?

I know this is really asking for a lot, but thank you for your patience with my queries; was there ever a action figure or other merchandise based on the Brave and Bold version of Wonder Woman?

    Thank You.

She only had two appearances on BATB:

Her first was the opening teaser for Scorn of the Star Sapphire.

She later appeared in Triumvirate of Terror!

I’m not to sure about the comic or action figure though.

She did appear in the comic based on the show as well. Her head shot was among the many heroes depicted on the cover of issue #1, long before she finally made it into the TV series. I don't recall her actual appearances inside, but I know she did appear a few times.

The closest thing to an action figure is the B&B-styled Justice League of America figure in the 7-figure set at Target. Many of those figures use the B&B buck bodies and pre-existing parts, but Wonder Woman was all new, and based on the "New 52" comic look, not the animated design

Thank you for your excellent and informative responses to my post.

I appreciate you taking the time to educate me.

From the clips I have seen of her on the Brave and Bold cartoon, Wonder Woman came across in excellent fashion.

I think it would be great and a change of pace to see a Wonder Woman cartoon series on tv. It could support the long rumored Wonder Woman movie or tv series (yes, I know, I won't hold my breath), or the (again) long rumored Justice League movie (and again not holding my breath).

We have had decades of male led superhero cartoons, and as Wonder Woman is part of the major three long running characters in DC Comics, it would be nice to let her have a turn. Of course, having a plethora of superhero guest stars, both male and female, would be requisite for a terrific show / cartoon, and would please even more viewers.

As a interrelated side note, some of the most entertaining posts I have read on this forum have had to do with the way DC is taking a pounding from the resounding success of the the stable of Marvel characters that have been in movies leading up to the financial giant of a movie, The Avengers.

I know DC had the Batman movie, and a lot rests on the upcoming Superman movie to determine if we get anything else from DC, but with the quantity and quality of movie vehicles coming from the Marvel stable of characters, it seems sometimes like DC doesn't even have their head in the game. They are way behind in building as tremendous an empire of movie franchises as Marvel has, and with several projects already planned, Marvel looks to be pulling even farther in front of the race from DC (I am unsure if DC is even in the race or has their focus elsewhere).

Of course, I am not an expert, nor really even a novice on such matters, but I have read some very interesting posts from the informed members of this site regarding these kinds of topics, and it is very interesting to read the insightful posts of those who have a knowledge of these "superhero movie matters".

I am unsure if a Wonder Woman cartoon backed by DC's own rich stable of great characters would stop the rot, sort of speak, but maybe it would put DC back on track at least in the area of cartoons, as I think that most who like DC thought that both The Justice League and Justice League Unlimited cartoons were good, and the merchandise that resulted from those series was also well received in general (at least to my knowledge).

Again, thanks for the responses and information.

22 issues I believe before it was restarted as "The All New Batman B & B" and then another 16 issues.

From the cover it looks that way. I bought the first series sporadically, and wasn't even aware of the relaunch until later on.
