What era is this comics spinner rack from?

I saw this comics spinner rack at a local antique store today. I've always wanted one for my office and was just wondering if anyone knows what era this would be from: 60's, 70's, 80's? How much do they usually sell for? This one is in pretty decent condition, but the top graphics are just generic, no character art or anything. I can probably get it for 40 bucks, I'm guessing that's a pretty good deal.

Just guessing here, but based on the fonts I'd say mid 70's. Pretty darn cool even if it was made last week. Grab it.

I'd say 70s as well. Forty bucks is about right- that's about what I paid for the one I have... they aren't real expensive, but how often do you see one.

$40 is an excellent deal. Maybe it's this area or something, but those things go for $100-200 easy.
