most likely right. both Julie Schwartz and wiessinger kept a stranglehold on the chracters appearances in other comics (another reason Superman was in infrequent lead in a JLA issue)

Maybe someone has already put together this line-up. I know Wolfman and Perez were kind of particular about the makeup of the team. I would have liked to see characters like Captain Marvel, Jr., Mary Marvel, and Supergirl, along with maybe Jimmy Olsen as kind of guest stars or reserve members. I really enjoyed the New Teen Titans, but it was always so serious. There was never an issue that was wacky, like the Giffen/Dematties/Maguire Justice League. It would have been kinda cool to see the Titans and Jimmy Olsen. Or even a character like Air Wave.
