For me it's a toss-up between Yellowjacket and Ant-Man. Yellowjacket is what I originally remember him as but I really liked when he reappeared as Ant-Man in Avengers during the 1st George Perez run as well as during Neal Adams run on the Kree-Skrull War.

I saw him first as Yellow Jacket, before I saw that that was a split personality. There was just something cool about that costume with the padded shoulders. Then I saw him as Ant-Man, Giant Man, Goliath and finally criminal. Hey, you build an evil robot or two and see what it gets you!

I liked him as Yellow Jacket and Ant-Man, less so in his other incarnations.
Forced to pick one, I'll go with Ant-Man.
