Another Robin. You are not going to believe this...
When I get to Working ....
I'm going Back ..., and Gonna Start with Batman ..., and Start Getting from 398 to 1 .
Just here and there, and something I am into that I've always wanted to do.
The New 52 is Junk Mail Spamed imo.
... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.
According to the article she is not a young kid like in DK...She's "A Spunky College Girl..." I give it a year and we will see the wedding of Batman & Robin. Mark my words ...Sensational without killing a character off this time.
^Yeah, I noticed they made her "legal". Probably afraid to stir up stories of a grown man living with an underage girl. The image of a costumed Carrie hugging a naked Bruce Wayne in DKR was always a bit...odd for me anyhow.
By making her college-age, they are free to exploit her sexuality. And yes, they could possibly marry her off to Bruce. As I said earlier, nothing would surprise me.
or i will later be revealed she is another illegitamate child of Bruce's, maybe with Selina or something. maybe they reveal that after they use the romance angle. nothign they do surprises me anymore
>The negativity with this confuses me. Wasn't this bound to happen sooner or later?
I agree, considering the closed circuit nature of superhero books. I also think it's another misstep: an attempt (effective or not) to appeal to the OLDER crowd, who've already given up or are already lifers. They're cribbing a character from a comic that's like, 25 YEARS OLD!
>I noticed they made her "legal". Probably afraid to stir up stories of a grown man living with an underage girl.
Maybe. Perhaps they're still smarting from the Hal Jordan/Arisia thing. I suspect the truth isn't as detailed. Or inflammatory. They probably figure a kid sidekick wouldn't appeal to the readers.
If Batman/Bruce has only been in action for about 5 years in the new 52, where does a 10 year old kid with Talia come from? Did they do some Superboy style accelerated age thing or did they retcon his history so that he hooked up with Talia before he was Batman?
Of all the souls I have encountered his was the most...human.
Well, considering all those red shirted guys that got whacked in the original Star Trek, it makes sense that all those red breasted Robins would have short life expectancies, too.
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

I think (and I might be wrong here) that in New 52, Talia has the baby grown in some test tube chamber thing rather then natural birth. Then artificially aged. Seems kind of dumb.
