Favorite(s) of the Green Lantern Corps?

Besides the obvious (Hal, Guy, Kyle and John), which members of the galaxy-spanning Green Lantern Corps do you dig?

I've always liked Abin Sur, Tomar-Re, Arkkis Chummuck, Katma Tui, Xax (the grasshopper), Eddore (the gaseous being), and that plant-like dude (his name escapes me)...unfortunately I believe all of them are deceased!

Guy Gardner when he's written properly (as handled by Giffen et al, Englehart, or Geoff Johns) and not as Warrior or running that Planet Hollywood type superhero memorabilia bar.

    G'nort!

    Mogo, who doesn't socialize.

John Stewart. Particularly in JLU and Mosaic.

Only when written by Giffen and Co, although I'm told Chaykin did some interesting things with him in the recent Guy Gardner mini (which I'll get around to reading eventually).

I think G'nort is best used sparingly and funniest when he wanders into a situation where he obviously doesn't belong. Like his first appearance during the Invasion/Manhunter crisis... or when he went off on the space mission with Barda and co to retrieve Scott Free from Manga Khan.

Versus the situations that are created around him to be purposefully wacky (which is where Ambush Bug is best utilized). It had some funny moments, but JLAntarctica felt a little too forced at times to fill out an entire annual.

I don't know why they didn't put out a trade collection of this series concurrent with John's popularity while JLU was still on the air.

It was way ahead of it's time. Probably a bit too experimental at times.

Plant based GL... from Alan Moore's Swamp Thing in Space saga?

              Medphyll
Medphyll is the Green Lantern from J596, where plants are the dominant life form. He served as a member of the Darkstars, and afterwards encountered Jack Knight and joined Prince Gavyn's rebellion to reclaim his throne. He betrayed the rebels, and was killed by Jack Knight in Starman #60.
Is this him? I only vaguely remember his appearance in Starman, I'll have to go back and reread those. Such a shame given what a great character he was in his other apperances, particularly that issue of Swamp Thing. I can't believe Jack Knight killed him! It seems out of character.

I know Ch'p was in the old GL Corps book...it's probably him. He does have that racoon look though:
