    Batman lectures Jerry Lawler

I remember watching this on TV as it happened on Memphis' live wrestling show in the mid to late 70s.

          Lawler IS a character

I wonder how successful hes been trying to do an entire comic. Its not a easy thing even when you can draw as well as him.

I'm guessing West had the coat on because of legal issues, appearing "unsanctioned" on TV as Batman?

I think it's funny that on that "Living in TV Land" series a few years back, West said he hadn't worn the cowl since 1968...!!!

West and Lawler were appearing at a boat show That weekend. I think West is wearing a warm-up suit on the show. Lawler is in better shape now than he was back then. Later on that show, Lawler brought out a wrestler named Dr. Frank, who was basically a guy in a Glenn Strange-inspired Frankenstein costume.

I never would have guessed that he was a artist/comic book fan that's pretty cool.
