    Superman VS Shazam TPB

Been waiting for this TPB, and it finally goes on sale on the 27th of this month.
Classic Superman and Captain Marvel action!

Collects All-New Collector's Edition C-58, DC Comics Presents #33-34 and 49, and DC Comics Presents Annual #3.

Would have been great if they'd also included All-Star Squadron issues 36 and 37, but this is still a cool collected edition.

I have all the original issues already, but it will be nice to have them all in a handy TPB.

Two of DC's greatest heroes collide in this era-spanning, action-packed collection! The Man of Steel and the World's Mightiest Mortal are two of the strongest men imaginable, but what happens when they find themselves facing each other? And when Billy...

I've had that in my Amazon cart for about a month now--can't wait. It'll be a lot of fun.

I had that tabloid book, but lost it somewhere along the way. I also had part two of the DCCP two-parter, so this is a must buy for me!

Is "Make Way for Captain Thunder!" included?

Glad to see that DC is releasing a lot of classic good old-fashioned stuff coming up in trades. Too bad their current floppy output doesn't match up....

              Alas, no. Great issue!

I hope DC do a similar reprint edition for the Superman vs Wonder Woman treasury edition next... and also include some of the best Superman and WW team-ups from over the decades.

That Wonder Woman-Superman story is going to be reprinted in a book featuring the Superman art of Garcia Lopez. I think it's out in April.

I really liked the work Rich Buckler was doing for DC at the time of that superman-Shazam story.

Of course we all know Cap can whup Superman (just as he once did in sales)--he's magic!

Cap won the battles in the 40s, but Supes won the war or his lawyers did.

Yeah, since Adams got way to expensive, Buckler, in full Adams rip-off mode, did some exciting work for DC. It was fun to catch all the specific swipes he did of Adam's stuff, particularly when he drew Batman in World's
                        Finest.

Rich Buckler was the Rich Little of the comics world, but he had excellent taste first Kirby then Adams.

Cap is one of my favorites, too, but Superman's my favorite.

Wow. Can't think of another book more suited for me than this. I too would have liked the All-Star Squadron books as I don't own those, but this looks to be a nice collection at a great price through Amazon. Without doubt, they are my favorite place to buy most everything.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.
