Who is the poorest super-hero ?

Just wondering if there's any super-heroes that would be considererd poor

Going by the movie I always assumed the Fortress of Solitude was built with ice only and is in the Artic Ocean in free waters

Heck. Yeah I know for the first part of his series he was living in a alley with bums and sleeping on garbage. You can't get any "poorer" then that as a super hero. Of course, I have not read a Spawn comic or heard of him since the 90s. I can't even imagine what or where he could be today in comicland.
