A number of Filmation titles were leased out for DVD right before the market crashed, so most of these companies took a massive hit and closed shop.

The one I want now, and might have to settle for Youtube, is Blackstar.

I have Thundarr sitting here, waiting to be dumped into my home theater jukebox build.

They have used sets on Amazon for about $25, and I've found they're often in pretty good shape.

I bought up tons of those Ink & Paint sets when they started coming out: Blackstar, Flash Gordon, Prince Valiant, Defenders of the Earth, Isis, Dungeons & Dragons, Ark II, Jason of Star Command...probably more I can't remember. I used to e-mail Andy Mangels every so often and hassle him about releasing Tarzan, Lord of the Jungle, but I never heard anything back. It was worth a shot or two.

I don't think they were able to meet her fee for appearing so she didn't record an interview. She got some backlash for that too.
