That would make it a little more of a believable scenario....

Oh for crying out loud...Batman wouldn't stand a chance. Wolverine could fight him for hours without even getting tired. He would just wear Bats down and kill him.
Batman is the most overrated character in comics. His whole schtick involves people thinking he's *gasp* a giant bat! Of course, once they realize he's not, he's just another guy with exceptional hand to hand fighting skills and a bunch of gadgets. ACTUAL superpowers will win out every time. Professor X, a guy in a wheelchair, could lobotomize Batman with a single thought using Cerebro and never leave the X-mansion.

It would but again Batman is a well trained fighter and any fighter knows in limited space your unknown enemy may not play by the rules.....at close range
a knife can be pulled....or in Wolverines case 3 blades. Batman is an intelligent fighter and would not allow for such limited mobility....he would have drawn

Nope he would not Kill him...sorry when you know your enemy you come prepared to fight against what he can do.....

Wolverine is NOT Superman and can be beaten.....and if you want to talk about Overrated Wolverine Holds that crown at Marvel....

The fight was basically over right in the beginning....Good old Wolvie slashes at Bats and Batman "blocks" Logans claws with his gauntlets....Sorry, but those claws just sliced thru his arms rendering Bruce the Black Knight from the Holy Grail....
