Help I.D. Stan Lee poster!

I need help identifing a Stan Lee poster. It has a picture of him at the center and is surrounded by Marvel heroes. It has the lettering "Excelsior! 75" at the top. It is signed at the bottom "Romita" and has the website "www.americanspiritfdn.org below and is qouted "Knowledge Through Edutainment"

I'm guessing it was some kind of 75th birthday celebration for Lee, and the art is by John Romita Sr., but other than that, it's the first I've seen of it. I have seen that Stan image before, but not the artwork. Very nice!

Stan was involved with this organization that worked on education goals for kids utilizing entertainment personalities.
there's a clip on their webpage & info on his involvement. I'm guessing the poster was a promo piece for schools or a fundraiser for the charity. Is it signed by Stan or is the 'Excelsior' printed on it?

The "Excelsior" looks signed with marker but there is no signature.
